Our classic 1974 International truck brings a new concept to mobile wine bottling with all required equipment compactly placed within the truck’s box.

1974 International Custom Box Truck

The truck is thirty-six feet long allowing it maneuverability in the smaller locations at many wineries.

Our commitment is to provide each customer with the best service, which required us to find the best bottling equipment as well.  We thoroughly researched systems to find one that could live up to our expectations, and we did. To find out more about our equipment scroll down the page.

All of our equipment runs on single phase power, so no matter where you are, if you have single phase power this will eliminate the need for renting a generator.

We currently can run Burgundy, Bordeaux and Claret bottles with a maximum diameter of 95mm and a minimum diameter of 55mm. Our machines can run from 55mm glass up to 95mm glass. If you have tapered glass or other sizes you would like to run please contact us and we can discuss all of the options. We have two 30″ in-line stainless steel filter cartridge housings.

What’s in the Box…

Borelli-Machine.jpg

Borelli Compact

Our Borelli Compact machine has a single head vacuum sparger with gas injection, twelve head filler, a single vacuum corker and screwcapper for standard ROPP and LUX screwcaps. For great sanitation this system has no threads that will ever come in contact with your wine. The Evo valve is the best of its class for filling with precision. This valve preforms its work perfectly with exact levels in every bottle without the aid of external leveling devices. Borelli uses only pneumatic cylinders which maintains constant thrust during filling to help create a perfect fill every time. Once these steps are complete your bottles will move down our conveyor to the Enos G25 machine for the final touches.

Enos G25

To go along with our great Borelli Compact machine we wanted the same level of quality and performance for our finishing line, the Enos G25 machine. This machine applies your tin or poly-laminate capsules as well as your labels. With an automatic capsule feeding station and a four head rotary capsule spinner it applies and smooths your capsules. The labeling station on this machine is capable of running front and back labels from single or dual spools. Labels are #4 wind off left hand. Once your packaging is complete your bottles will move down the line to be boxed and sent through our automatic taping machine.

The Vapor One steam generator is a high-quality, continuous-feed steam generator, for cleaning/sanitizing our bottling line. This steam generator produces continuous steam at a constant temperature and it uses little water to do so. That is why this is the best steam generator for us.
